HeedBox V1 is built around Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes. Heed offers suggestions for a person to review, a person confirms every send, and tasks keep follow-up visible.

Assistance without handing over control
Heed is the planned decision-support component. It returns typed suggestions; a separate generation provider can prepare reply drafts. People remain responsible for accepting suggestions and sending messages.
Designed for Microsoft 365 work accounts
The planned connection uses Microsoft work accounts and shared mailboxes. Access requirements and available capabilities depend on the organization’s Microsoft configuration and administrator approval.
