Heed is designed to help a person interpret a shared inbox item through structured decisions—not to write the reply.

Structured outputs, not generated prose
Heed uses typed Choice, Score, and Noul outputs to express a decision, confidence, or a need for more information. It does not generate reply text.
A separate drafting step
When enabled and configured, a separate GenerationProvider can draft text using approved organization facts and explicit language and formality settings. The person can review and edit it.
Human review is part of the design
A person remains in control of accepting or correcting a suggestion and of sending a reply. Low confidence or ambiguous output is not a reason to silently substitute another model.
